Toys Manufacturing Process at Yongyu Factory
➤Step 1: 2D Design
We can work with your provided designs or create the prototype from scratch with the help of our in-house designers.
➤Step 2: 3D Modeling
Our experienced 3D designers will create 3D models based on the approved 2D concept. It will showcase more details.
➤Step 3: 3D Printing
We 3D print the model, and then our skilled engineers carefully polish and hand-paint it. Every detail, including colors, is meticulously matched to the 3D model. Once the sample/prototype is complete, we’ll send it to you for review.
➤Step 4: Mold Making
After the sample approval, we start making Vinyl figure molds.
➤Step 5: Pre-Production Sample (PPS)
We create pre-production samples, including packaging, based on the approved prototype.
➤Step 6: Mass Production
After the approval of PPS, we start the Vinyl figure mass production process.
➤Step 7: Figure Painting
We use spray painting to apply the base colors and details for Vinyl figures.
➤Step 8: Pad Printing
Fine details, logos, or text are added via pad printing.
➤Step 9: Flocking
If necessary, a flocked finish is applied.
➤Step 10: Assembly and Packaging
Vinyl figures are assembled and packaged according to your preferences.
➤Step 11: Shipping
We partner with trusted carriers for safe and timely delivery.
